Casa Viviana is a spacious and bright facility near the Bari Polyclinic, in via Di Tullio 23.
It can accommodate up to 9 guests in four rooms: a double room with an external private bathroom, and a triple, a twin and a double room with a shared bathroom.
The green room can accommodate two people in the double bed, and is equipped with a desk, TV, WiFi and air conditioning. The bathroom is outside and is shared. Bathroom and bed linen is also provided. Guests also have access to a shared kitchen and parking by reservation.

The surrounding area is quiet, with a great selection of restaurants, bars and cafes; as well as supermarkets, stores and other conveniences.

Bari's waterfront is a 15-minute walk from the apartment. The train station is a 5-minute walk away; bus stops are also nearby. Bari's beautiful historic center can be reached by public transport in just 10 minutes.
