It has 4 rooms (two doubles and two triples), each with private en suite bathroom and a shared kitchen, fully equipped and freely usable by guests. The double rooms have balconies. The blue room has a double bed and can therefore accommodate 2 people. It is equipped with TV, desk, bath and bed linen and free wifi.

The heart of the area is the Bari Polyclinic, but the surroundings are full of food and various stores. There are also bars and restaurants.
On foot it is possible to reach the Bari Polyclinic in just a few minutes. In 10 minutes it is also possible to reach the central train station. There are several bus stops in the area that make it possible to travel throughout the city.
