It can accommodate 18 guests in total, in 8 different rooms (6 doubles, one twin and one quadruple), each with its own private bathroom. There is a fully equipped shared kitchen that can be freely used by guests. All rooms are equipped with TV, air conditioning and heating, wifi connection and towels and bed linen.
Room 5 is equipped with a double bed, desk, bathroom, shower and balcony overlooking Via Gimma.

The guest house is located in the city center, so there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants in the area. A short distance away are the Castello Svevo and the ancient village.
It is possible to reach the main services and major tourist attractions on foot. In 15 minutes you reach the central station. Furthermore, there are several city bus stops in the area.
